Personal Awareness & Success Certification Training

What You’ll Do as a Certified Personal Awareness and Success Facilitator

After completing the four-day True Colors® Foundational Certification in Personal Awareness and Success, you’ll be ready to lead an experience that helps people understand themselves, appreciate differences, and work better together.

As a certified facilitator, you’ll be able to:

Guide participants through the True Colors® assessment and help them understand their unique spectrum
Lead the 3–4 hour Personal Awareness and Success training with confidence and consistency
Create a shared language teams can use in real conversations, meetings, and day-to-day collaboration
Strengthen connection and communication by helping people recognize what matters most to different styles
Lay the groundwork for deeper development in leadership, communication, conflict navigation, and culture work

From there, you can deepen your impact through advanced application certifications, tools, and resources that help you bring True Colors® to life in more targeted ways across teams, leaders, and organizations.

True Colors Advanced Applications are designed for certified facilitators who want to deepen their support for teams, leaders, and organizations in building stronger communication, alignment, and everyday culture practices.

Certified facilitators can explore and enroll in Advanced Applications by logging in to TIMA, the official learning management platform for True Colors International.

Personal Awareness & Success Certification Training (Refresher Re-Certification)

This is for anyone who has already been certified in True Colors that would like to go through certification training again. Usually its because maybe they have been on leave, or out of the loop for awhile, or its been many years since their first training and would like to be “brushed-up”. This is offered online as a 3 hour workshop or they can actually attend in person (when offered- 2.5 day scheduled trainings). With this Refresher, you receive a new kit of facilitator materials.

You bring the True Colors System to life for others. Now is the time to refresh your connection. The True Colors Facilitator Recertification is your opportunity to stay inspired, stay informed, and continue sharing the power of True Colors with confidence.

Every two years, facilitators renew their certification to stay aligned with the latest updates, tools, and best practices. This keeps your training current, engaging, and connected to the growing True Colors community.

Certified facilitators can enroll in the Recertification by logging in to TIMA, True Colors International's official learning management platform.
